Restaurant data is sourced from third-party providers. EatFlip does not guarantee accuracy of restaurant names, locations, ratings, operating hours, or availability. Users should verify information independently.
Restaurants may pay for promoted placement. Promoted listings are clearly identified. EatFlip reserves the right to refuse or remove any listing. Payments are non-refundable once the listing period begins. Slot availability is limited per geographic area.
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials. EatFlip is not liable for unauthorized access. Accounts may be terminated for misuse.
All content, branding, and code are owned by EatFlip. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
EatFlip is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to food allergies, restaurant experiences, or data loss.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
